BEN REILLY
Bar Operations & Cocktails
Has 12 years of bar and operational experience. Recognised in CODE Hospitality's "30 under 30 class of 2024/25." He is known for his creative ingenuity and curates the daily-changing cocktail menu.
BEN GRAINGER
Visual Identity & Design
Shapes Stray's visual identity, operating at the intersection of design and hospitality. He has worked with brands like Flannels, Hugo Boss, and Gooey. His multi-disciplinary approach covers interiors, packaging, menu development, and brand strategy.

The concept is simple. There's no theme, no elaborate backstory, and no forced ethos. We set out to create the kind of bar we'd want to drink in, serving uncomplicated, well-crafted cocktails in a relaxed, welcoming space.
The ever-changing drinks menu has been crafted with atomic-level precision. Each cocktail reflects our commitment to quality ingredients, technical excellence, and creative innovation.
